Yes it was a great day! Reason being is I stayed positive. A few things happened that I was definitely not excited about. But I know it is going to work out. Now, positivity can be hard to maintain. You must believe in what you are thinking. Most of the time we do believe in our own thoughts, hopefully all the time. That goes to say if you are thinking negatively you are believing in negativity, even if you don’t want bad things to happen. I hate to break it to you, but in life Sh*t happens. You control how you deal with it, not how or when it happens. But you still are in controll. Sometimes Sh*t happens so better things can fall in place (im sure you heard that before). If you can learn to deal with issues or even cut tedious issues out of your life it is much easier to stay positive. If you stay positive, you will think positive and you will encounter much more positive events in your life. A few examples are;
When wanting something, think, imagine and pray that you will or already own it. See it in your hands. Be patient and it will get there.
The word “HOPE” does what. It sets you up to be ready for failure. Failure is not an option. So do not hope. Just do. When you make a goal, never hope to achieve it. Just Achieve it! Destroy your expectations. Instead of saying “I hope I loose 10 lbs.” Think and Imagine “I will destroy this unhealthy fat of up to 12 lbs or even more, I will!”
Maybe today you had a bad day, ’ forget that you can still have a great night. On top of that promise yourself tomorrow you will have a great freakin’ day!
I once was told to read a book called “Don’t sweat the small things”. Well I haven’t made the chance to read it yet. But the title has stuck in my head for two years now. So remember exactly what the title says. DON”T SWEAT THE SMALL THINGS! -or go get the book and let me know if I should really read it.
Thinking positive after not thinking positive can be like taking on a diet. It will not show results until you fully believe in it and give it a few days. You must have a few days of staying positive in order for it to kick in. Give it a try, oh wait…do not try it. Just do it! Sometimes I even have to catch myself not being as positive about situations as I could be. Always look on the bright side!
Once you have the diet (thinking positive) down. You will see how it works and adapts to you. Now that you have it down. Make it a life long habit, not just a fad diet. Wake up every day knowing and believing you will have a great day!
